CeeCee Strong is a veteran law enforcement officer, leadership trainer, and community bridge builder. She has served her city for more than 20 years with courage, clarity, and compassion. Today, her mission is to create spaces where law enforcement and everyday citizens can talk honestly, listen deeply, and move forward with mutual respect.
Code3Conversations was born out of her lived experience, on both sides of the badge. As a mother, public servant, and community member, CeeCee believes that healing begins when we stop shouting and start listening. Her background in training and public engagement makes her uniquely qualified to guide these important conversations with strength and empathy.
If you have ever felt like no one hears your side… if you have been afraid to speak up or unsure how to engage… if you want to believe there is a better way, this event is for you.
